As the signed in user, you solely verify that any/all patient or health information gathered through access to this service will be used for a patient currently within your hospital system or facility.

Additionally, any information gathered or viewed of a patient not within your facility will not be shared and will comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as codified at 42 U.S.C. §1320d (“HIPAA”).
